This story is about a simple girl and a totally popular young man! Their worlds are totally different in terms of music! The boy likes more of a ROCK! and also the vocalist and guitarist of a band "The Stupid" and he's a university student majoring in western music and the girl likes TRADITIONAL music which is started by her grandfather. they're going in the same school and one day they need to work as one. Then LOVE BEGINS! Love is like a thief without even knowing it your heart has been stolen already so yeah of course those girls who like Lee Shin has totally FREAKED OUT! like NO WAY! so watch it if your Interested trust me this one is a great DRAMA!
In my opinion: This T.V Series pop up right after "He's/You're Beautiful" and me myself I agree that Lee Shin and Lee Gyun-won are also compatible at each other although I love Jang Geun Suk and Park Shin-Hye's tandem. so maybe other viewers also taught that there is also a chemistry between them so maybe that's why heartstrings is created ^_^
